Skrill (MoneyBookers) is an international online payments platform with headquarters based in London, United Kingdom. Skrill is rarely used as a payment processor solution within the PTC Industry. Most likely due to the fact that many websites have never been accepted by Skrill because of their strict policy (read more below).
